FAQs
Do I need any experience to join CrossFit Common Fortitude?
Learn about FundamentalsNone at all. Most of our members had never done CrossFit before they walked in. New members start with our Fundamentals program, which covers the core movements and introduces you to how we train at CFCF — before you step into a group class. It's designed to make sure your first workout feels like a starting point, not a shock.
What's the first step to joining?
Book a Free IntroBook a free intro. You'll come in, meet a coach, take a quick tour of the facility, and have a conversation about your goals and what getting started looks like. It takes about 20 minutes and there's no obligation. If you'd rather skip the conversation and try a class first, you can do that for $25.
How much does a membership cost?
Request PricingWe have several membership options depending on how often you want to train. We don't publish pricing publicly — we'd rather walk you through the options directly so you end up on the right plan for your schedule and goals. Request pricing and we'll send you details with no pressure.
What types of classes do you offer?
View the Full ScheduleOur primary program is CrossFit — coached group classes with constantly varied workouts that build strength, conditioning, and endurance. We also offer barbell-focused classes and endurance classes throughout the week for added variety. All classes are scalable to your current fitness level.
How do CrossFit classes work?
Learn MoreEvery class follows the same structure: a warm-up, a strength or skill segment, the workout of the day (WOD), and a cool-down. A coach leads the class from start to finish, explains each movement, and adjusts the workout to match your ability. Classes run about an hour.
Can I come to class if I'm out of shape or haven't worked out in years?
Yes — that describes a lot of our members when they first joined. Every movement in every workout can be scaled: lighter weights, modified movements, shorter distances. You work at your level, in the same class, alongside everyone else. The coaches are there to make sure it's appropriate for where you are right now.
