We offer two options for our newcomers who are also new to CrossFit or at least seeking a refresher and intro to CrossFit Common Fortitude before signing up.

Try a CrossFit Class
Want to dive right in and try a class before you commit to a membership? We’d love to have you! We’ll 100% guide you through every step of the way. This will cost $25. Limit to 1 trial class per person. Click below to sign up.
Already Experienced in CrossFit?
If you already have at least 3 months of experience in CrossFit and are looking for a new gym but want to skip over the free intro session and gym tour, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to discuss our membership and drop-in options with you!
Step 2: Fundamentals Month
New to CrossFit? Our Fundamentals Program includes three private 1-on-1 classes focused on teaching you all of the foundational CrossFit movements. You’ll get hands-on coaching to make sure you feel confident, safe, and ready for group classes.
During these sessions, we’ll also talk through what a regular CrossFit class looks like, your fitness background, and your goals going forward. This helps us set you up for long-term success and gives you a smooth transition into our community.
Once you finish your three Fundamentals sessions, you’ll receive a full month of unlimited membership. You can jump into any of our classes as often as you want while you build experience, test different class times, and settle into a training routine that fits your schedule.

Step 3: Pick Your Path Forward
After your Fundamentals Month, you’ll choose the training path that fits your goals and lifestyle. Most athletes join our CrossFit Class Membership, but you can also continue with
1-on-1 Personal Training, combine classes and PT in a hybrid package, or add
Nutrition Coaching for even more support. We’ll help you build the plan that keeps you progressing long term.
